The Broad College Toronto Business Network and the MSU Alumni Club of Ontario welcome MSU’s director of Internal Audit, Tom Luccock, to Toronto, on Thursday, October 13, 2011, for an evening program and informal alumni mix and mingle.
The event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at C’est What Restaurant and Brewpub. Dave Schmalz, president of the Ontario MSU Alumni Club will will open with brief remarks, followed by Luccock’s presentation. He will offer insights and perspectives on the current MSU topics from operations to athletics. Then it’s alumni networking and rallying team spirit to support the Spartans in their October 15 rivalry game with the University of Michigan Wolverines. The MSU football team, playing at Spartan Stadium, is after its fourth consecutive victory over the Wolverines. Go Green!
About the Speaker: Tom Luccock, director of Internal Audit at MSU, has been at the university for 11 years. Under his direction, the department assists University units in effectively discharging their duties while ensuring proper control over University assets. Previously he was corporate manager of Internal Audit for Occidental Petroleum. He holds a BS from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the University of Texas.
