  • Biography
    Sue is a Deloitte Foundation Fellow. She joined MSU Accounting Ph.D. program in 2018. Her research interest is managerial accounting. Sue uses both experimental and archival methodologies to investigate research questions related to management control systems, healthcare, innovation, and team dynamics. Before enrolling in the Ph.D. program, Sue had 10 years of corporate management experience with Stryker Corp, a leading medical device company. Her work experience encompasses general accounting, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and tax accounting. Sue holds a Bachelor of Medicine (M.D. equivalent) from Peking University, an MS in Genetics from the University of Rochester, and an MS in Accounting from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She is an active CPA since 2012.
