A resource for college bylaws and committee minutes among other important internal documents.
Faculty/staff profile updates (business ID/password required)
Most faculty/staff will immediately see the page where personal changes/updates are made. If you do not see your profile dashboard immediately, go to the “Users” section of the dashboard (left column) and select “Your Profile.” Larger text fields (biographical info, articles, etc.) accept many HTML tags to do formatting (like for italics, for bold). Visit the basic list of HTML formatting tags for more information. The preferred file format for vitae is PDF, and the preferred file format for headshots is .jpg (however, we strongly encourage you to work with Communications staff to obtain and/or crop photos for your profile). When you’re done, make sure you hit the “update user” button at the bottom of the page.
Faculty Activity Report (business ID/password required)
For faculty to update their annual activities for official documentation.

Broad Information Technology Support
