Recruit MBAs at Michigan State

Broad's Career Services staff works to be as flexible as possible in serving you. We do not limit you to set timelines in recruiting Broad candidates. But we prefer a three-week lead time for on-campus interviews. You pre-select the candidates you will interview.

The process of recruiting MBAs is simple. To schedule an interview, host a recruiting event, post a job, request resumes, or engage in our annual career fair, contact Joe Garcia at 517-432-0090/garcia@bus.msu.edu. Additionally, you may recruit online with our eRecruiting services.

To increase your visibility/impact among our MBA students, there are several activities that companies can participate in addition to the traditional career services office events. These include: Company Site Visits/Treks, Student Organization Involvement (industry/functional workshops, tailgates, lunches etc), and Case Competition Sponsorship. Recruit at national events

Each fall, several national events (above right) are scheduled across the country where you can meet Broad MBA candidates. If you want to meet Broad candidates but cannot visit our campus, meet us on the road!

Optimal timing of the recruiting process

While qualified candidates can be found throughout the academic year (September through May), the majority of recruiting happens on the following timeline.
