Thank Yous Increase Customer Patronage

A Broad marketing scholar has found that how companies respond to satisfaction surveys can increase business dramatically. A sincere, well-timed thank you from the company president sent to satisfied customers increased patronage by more than 50 percent, the study indicated.

Community Colleges Expected to Triple Internationalization Efforts

A new study by the International Business Center indicates that U.S. community colleges expect to have about 24 percent of their programs fully internationalized by 2024, up from only 8 percent now. The center’s director developed the International Business Education Index to benchmark colleges’ efforts.

Online Graduate Programs Climb U.S. News Rankings

U.S. News & World Report’s Best Online Programs, released today, ranked four MSU graduate programs among the top 50 public programs in their respective fields. This is U.S. News & World Report’s fourth annual ranking of online programs.
