Teams of 2\, 3 or 4 undergraduate students will compete to address all ethical and business implications for a current ethical situation. \nPrize money will be awarded to the top three teams in the following amounts: \n\nFirst Place: $1\,200 total for the team\nSecond Place: $800 total for the team\nThird Place: $500 total for the team\nFourth Place: $300 total for the team\n\nApplication Deadlines: \n\nJanuary 12: Registration OPENS\nJanuary 30: Registration closes 12pm\nJanuary 30: Prompted shared 5pm\nFebruary 10: Presentations due 11:59pm (NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED)\nFebruary 12: Top 8 teams notified that they will compete on 2/20\nFriday\, February 20: 15 Minute Presentation with live judges

DESCRIPTION:Whether you’re new to entrepreneurship\, want to experience the highs\, lows and pressure of developing a business idea or are exploring working in a startup environment\, 2DAY VENTURE (2DV) welcomes all undergraduate and graduate students at Michigan State University to bring their business ideas—no matter how developed it is—and form teams to develop early-stage ideas in this fun\, immersive experience. \n2DV is not a hackathon or pitch competition. It’s a 36-hour entrepreneurial workshop and experience for Spartans\, regardless of their home college\, major\, or background\, to explore turning an idea or innovation into reality in just two days. \nJoin the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation for 2DAY VENTURE: Spring Session on Feb. 20-21\, 2026 in Entrepreneurship Lab.
