SUMMARY:Michigan State Broad MBA Diversity Preview Day
DESCRIPTION:Attendance at this event is by special request or invitation only and is a great opportunity to learn more about our MBA program\, see MSU’s campus\, and interact with our deans\, MBA staff\, and the career management team.  Most importantly\, there will be several opportunities to connect with current students representing diverse backgrounds willing to share their experiences in the MSU MBA program. \nIf you are interested in attending\, please register and we will follow up with you with more information.\nAttendees traveling 50 miles or more to the event will receive a travel scholarship of up to $250 and lodging paid by the Broad MBA Program at the Marriott Hotel in East Lansing on October 10th and 11th. \n  \nTentative agenda: Friday\, October 11th – 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM \n8:00 am- 10:00 am – (Optional) Breakfast at the Marriott\, East Lansing \n8:00 am-10:00 am – (Optional) Evaluative Interviews at the Marriott\, East Lansing \n10:00 am-10:15 am – Bus from Marriott to Minskoff Pavilion \n10:15 am-10:30 am – Admissions Team’s Welcome \n10:30 am-11:30 am – Mock Career Management Class \n11:45 am-12:00 pm – Break \n12:00 pm-12:30 pm – MBA Programming Welcome \n12:30 pm-1:30 pm – Lunch with Current Students \n1:30 pm-2:30 pm – Current Student Panel \n2:30 pm-2:45 pm – Break \n2:45 pm-3:15 pm – Tour the College of Business with the Admissions Graduate Assistants \n3:15 pm-3:45 pm – Broad College of Business DEI Overview/MSU Veterans Resource Center Presentation \n3:45 pm-4:00 pm – Deans Welcome \n4:00 pm-4:45 pm – Bus Michigan State University Campus Tour and drop off at Marriott \n4:45 pm-5:00 pm – Break \n5:00 pm-7:00 pm – Social with Current Students (Location TBD)
