Guests share their perspectives on everything from launching start-ups to experiencing success and failure to building dynamic and nurturing work cultures. \n \n  \nAbout The Speaker\nRobin Kinnie is a wife\, mom of 3\, an experienced podcast producer\, author\, entrepreneur and #womanowned advocate. Driven by community\, she takes pride in creating access for underrepresented groups within the podcast industry. As the President of Motor City Woman and Audio Engineers of Detroit\, her goal is to amplify the voices of women. She concentrates on increasing the number of women in broadcasting\, podcasting and audio engineering. An expert in the industry\, she recently contributed regularly to Podcast Business Journal. In addition to her primary interests\, Robin has been recognized by numerous entities including the Association of Women in Communications for her extraordinary commitment to changing the way women are represented in the media. \n  \nAbout Innovate State\nEvery year\, Innovate State features Spartan entrepreneurs\, innovators\, and disruptors to join our community for a fireside chat. In these 60-minute interviews\, guests share their perspectives on everything from business to family life; the hard knocks of the hustle to maintaining work/life balance.
