DESCRIPTION:Spring Career Days are your opportunity to meet with employers interested in hiring MSU students for internships\, full-time\, and part-time opportunities. \nThis day of the fair is focused on opportunities related to Accounting\, Finance\, and Supply Chain Management. \nWhere is the fair? The fair is held virtually from within Handshake. \nWho can attend? Spring Career Days are open to all students at MSU. \nHow can I prepare? Research the companies. Know what kinds of opportunities they offer\, research news related to them\, and review their website. Prepare questions for the company\, and review your qualifications so that you are prepared to talk about past experiences and how they would relate to the duties you’d perform in the job. \nWhat should I wear? We recommend business casual or business professional. A suit\, slacks and a blazer or a professional dress is preferred. \nWhat do I need to do? Register to attend the fair on Handshake\, and then sign up for 1:1 and group sessions with the employers you’d like to meet with. Colby received her B.A. in Supply Chain Management and Management of Information Systems at the University of Texas at Austin in 2011 and her M.S. in Management\, Strategy\, and Leadership from Michigan State University in 2016. She currently resides in Minneapolis\, MN with her wife and many pets.
