  • Biography
    Richard Saouma is the Associate Dean for MBA, EMBA and professional master’s programs, and a research-active member of the Accounting and Information Systems unit at the Broad College. Richard came to MSU from the University of Utah where he launched an entrepreneurship minor between the College of Engineering and the School of Business. Across an extended sabbatical, Richard served as the Director of Corporate Strategy for Microsoft where he worked hand-in-glove with the board and the executive leadership team to author the firm’s post-Ballner strategic narrative. His first post-PhD appointment was  at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management where he taught in the Executive Education, Executive MBA, and MBA programs in addition to leading countless external consulting projects with MBA students.
