Winning teamA team of four Michigan State University students recently won the National Team Selling Competition, hosted by Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, for the third time in the last four years.

Congratulations to Faculty Coach and Marketing Instructor John Baxter, Student Coach and Communications Senior Alexs Hermans, and student competitors Matt Blumhardt (Management senior), Evan Kline (Advertising senior), Kaelyn Iciek-Nicks (Marketing junior) and Kelsey Rosen (Marketing senior). These students are take part in a unique Sales Communication Specialization at MSU – a joint program between the Broad College and the College of Communication Arts and Sciences.

Twenty-one schools from across the U.S. competed on Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, and the University of Washington and Syracuse University took second and third place respectively.
