We invite you to follow our journey, as we will be sharing our experiences live throughout the week.
The weeklong residency is the cornerstone of the Global Marketplace course, which emphasizes the opportunities, costs, and risks associated with conducting business internationally. This course highlights regions characterized by diverse cultures and emerging economies, providing students with the unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in these environments.
Prior to the trips, students engage in comprehensive coursework designed to provide a robust foundation for learning. This preparation encompasses understanding the economic and cultural nuances of the regions they will visit.
During the week abroad, students participate in activities centered around presentations by in-country experts and site visits to a variety of businesses and industries. These experiences are invaluable, offering students profound insights into global business operations.
Previous cohorts have had the privilege of exploring diverse destinations around the globe, including: Argentina, Brazil, Panama, Czech Republic, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, Singapore, and Vietnam
The Global Marketplace course offers students a unique opportunity to broaden their horizons and develop a global perspective that will benefit them throughout their careers.
As we prepare for this exciting journey, we look forward to sharing our experiences and insights. We encourage you to stay tuned and accompany us in spirit as we embark on this transformative adventure. Follow along here!
