The Broad College has risen seven places in Bloomberg Businessweek’s ranking of the best U.S. business schools of 2019-20, coming in at No. 17 among public U.S. universities for its Full-Time MBA program. The Broad College came in at No. 39 nationwide, a rise of 14 places, in this year’s ranking.
The list is based on data compiled from more than 9,000 students, 14,920 alumni, 900 corporate recruiters and compensation and job-placement data from each school.
In addition to the overall ranking, schools are separately ranked on four component indexes — compensation, networking, learning and entrepreneurship — providing students more ways to evaluate what schools have to offer them. The Broad College was ranked No. 37 for compensation, No. 35 for networking, No. 59 for learning and No. 81 for entrepreneurship.
Positive feedback from students and alumni included having opportunities to recruit with major national companies, team-based projects from the outset of course work through the end of the program, and intimacy of class size and connection with fellow students.
