Every two years, Forbes ranks Full-Time MBA programs based on alumni return on investment (ROI). In August 2011, the Broad College of Business ranked 19th overall. Using the same survey to find out which school’s MBA graduates were most satisfied, Forbes recently ranked Broad MBAs first in current job satisfaction and ninth overall among most satisfied business school graduates.
The results were based on surveys sent to 2006 graduates five years after graduation from over 100 schools. Nearly 5,000 alumni responded, and non-U.S. universities were ranked separately. Alumni were asked about their level of satisfaction in three areas: MBA education, current job and preparedness relative to other business school graduates.
Also of note, 48% of the Broad College’s 2010 Full-Time MBA graduates were placed in operations and logistics jobs – six times the average placement at other business schools.
