Five FMI scholars spent winter break on study abroad in London. Seniors David Elliott, Linh “Alex” Vu, Norman Yu and Mark Zaguskin along with Junior Amarpreet Jhita studied International Marketing & Business while exploring the city.

The students also found time to travel to the neighboring cities of Oxford and Stratford. “It was great to see some of the deep history that England offers, and experience some of the differences in culture,” said Mark Zaguskin. Although the scholars are often unable to do summer study abroad programs due to internships, this two-week trip offered an excellent alternative. During their trip, students met with alums Steven Burman (MBA, ’87, Finance) of RBS Global Banking and William Warren (BA, ’97, Finance) of Threadneedle Asset Management.
