The Broad College of Business is pleased to welcome Greg Janicki to the Broad Executive/Weekend MBA team. Janicki began his role as Director of the Troy campus on Monday, March 24, 2014, and he will focus on excellent experiences for our students, corporate outreach and alumni engagement.
Prior to joining Michigan State University, Janicki was executive director, marketing and communication for the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA). In this role he led the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies targeting a diverse audience. He has experience across a broad range of organization functions including corporate strategy, organizational development, human resources, business development, client services, information technology, media relations and process innovation.
Additionally, Janicki was a volunteer mentor for the ART of Leadership Foundation, which provides leadership training to inner-city middle school students. He is also a Board of Education Trustee for the Walled Lake Consolidated School District and a trustee for the Foundation for Excellence. He is also a freelance writer with contributions appearing in numerous trade and general interest publications, and is the author of “Cars Europe Never Built,” a history of Europe’s experimental vehicles. Janicki holds a bachelor’s degree and an Executive/Weekend MBA from Michigan State University, and currently serves on the AMP/EMBA/WMBA Alumni Association Board in Troy.
