Three faculty members from the Executive MBA program at the Eli Broad College of Business have been selected as this year’s Faculty of Excellence Award recipients, as voted by the EMBA Class of 2019.
Selected by students in the program’s East Lansing group was Stephen Schiestel; picked by the Detroit location students was Kirt Butler; and chosen by students located in Troy was Ayalla Ruvio.
“Although there are many excellent faculty working in our program, the students felt that your enthusiasm, your practical application, and your genuine care for their learning made you a standout among the teaching faculty,” Cheri DeClercq, assistant dean for MBA and graduate programs, wrote in an email to the winners.
Winners will be recognized at the EMBA graduation ceremony at 12:30 p.m. March 10 at the Wharton Center.
