Corey Longley Palmer serves as the Senior Director of Development for the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. With over 16 years of expertise in development and alumni relations, Corey is a results-driven leader dedicated to advancing higher education and fostering impactful philanthropy.
Before joining the Broad College, Corey served as the Senior Director of Advancement for the College of Natural Science, where she significantly increased annual fundraising from $3 million to over $10 million and led the college to raise over $74.8 million during the "Empower Extraordinary" campaign. Throughout her tenure, she has cultivated transformational gifts, built strategic partnerships, and created enduring relationships with donors, faculty, and university leadership.
Corey holds a Master of Business Administration with a certification in Marketing Management from Madonna University and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Michigan State University. Her commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence is reflected in her ability to align philanthropic initiatives with institutional priorities, driving transformative outcomes.
In her new role, Corey will lead the Broad College’s strategic fundraising efforts, focusing on major gifts, alumni engagement, and advancing the college’s mission of developing business leaders who make a global impact.
