The documentary explores why less than 7% of head chefs and restaurant owners are women hearing insight from world renowned chefs, and a small-town restaurateur who says it how it is and won’t accept no for an answer. An uplifting story on perseverance, food, and making it in the restaurant industry against all odds, join us for a special, early-access screening of the award-winning film, followed by a thought-provoking panel on leadership and diversity.
