At the annual Sylvan T. Warrington Visiting Lectureship in Ethics and Leadership, we welcome esteemed Broad College alumni back to speak to our community about the convergence of corporate citizenship, strategy, and ethical leadership.

Linda Hubbard (B.A. Accounting ’82), President and Chief Operating Officer of Carhartt Inc., will be the featured executive speaker at the 2023 Warrington Lecture. Hubbard will join Interim Dean Judith Whipple in a “fireside chat” and Q&A.

The Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation invites Spartan entrepreneurs, investors, makers, and shakers—alums and students alike—to converge on campus for Venture Summit: From Grand River to Grand Futures. The Summit is a two-day gathering to usher in the future of creation, collaboration, innovation, and, most importantly, a celebration of our alums, students, and programs across campus.

As part of Venture Summit, attendees will participate in a series of insights from alums, network with top student venturers from our program in a tradeshow format, wine and dine while partaking in a celebratory dinner and Awards Ceremony publicly recognizing our student scholarship recipients, and for those wishing to stick around through the weekend, tailgate before the Spartans take on the Washington Huskies at Spartan Stadium.
