The Executive MBA staff and alumni are hosting a business reception at the Hub Tavern + Grill in Kalamazoo for prospective students.  Join us to meet others in our community who are considering the Broad Executive MBA program. During the reception, we will discuss the value, experience, academics, and structure of the program.

  • Gain insight into our program, academic culture, and admissions process

This event is free to attend, but space is limited so registration is required. Business casual attire recommended.

2024 Entrepreneurship & Innovation Week

Michigan State University has been at the forefront of innovation for nearly 170 years. Today, with more than 1,000 Spartans innovating across campus, the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, MSU Innovation Center, MSU Research Foundation, Red Cedar Ventures and Spartan Innovations are thrilled to host a diverse selection of events across campus that celebrate innovation and entrepreneurship.

Since 2019, Michigan State University has hosted Entrepreneurship & Innovation Week with themes centered around startup pre-accelerators, technology and venture capital, social impact, student entrepreneurship & innovation and exploring MSU’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. This year, join us from April 1, 2024 – April 5, 2024, for Entrepreneurship & Innovation Week to celebrate, honor, and recognize the Spartan makers, innovators, and doers in our entrepreneurship. Molly Reeser is the Founder & Executive Director of Camp Casey, a local nonprofit that has been bringing free horseback riding and respite programs into the lives of children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses for over 20 years!While attending Michigan State University seeking a degree in Journalism, Molly worked part-time teaching horseback riding lessons.

At the barn, she met Casey Foote, a young girl whose journey with cancer affected Molly’s life tremendously. After Casey’s death, Molly set out to do something to commemorate Casey’s life and love for horses. What was supposed to be a one-day affair for children at Sparrow Hospital has turned into an ongoing therapeutic horse program for kids with cancer throughout all of Michigan. Camp Casey’s unique program and inspirational story has been featured on NBC’s Today Show, written about in the Huffington Post and has received recognition in countless Michigan publications.Today, Molly serves as Executive Director of Camp Casey, overseeing all aspects of the program and is proud to share the story of Camp Casey’s inception, the serendipitous happenings along the way, and reflect on the thousands of lives touched by her friend, Casey’s, legacy. She currently lives in Plymouth with her husband, Nick, their sons Nico and Ryan, and their rescue pup, Dusty.
