Corporate finance; mergers and acquisitions; financial policy and customer/supplier relationships; corporate governance; ownership structure; managerial labor markets; and entertainment industry economics

Bio

C. Edward Fee is a Philip J. May endowed associate professor of finance at the Broad School. He has a Ph.D. from University of Florida and an MBA from Tulane University. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Fee was an options trader for ZAHR Trading and served as a financial analyst for Value Line, Inc., both in New York City.
