You’ll be equipped to provide strategic consultation advice and perform support services for financial services transactions, including financial modeling, competitive analysis, risk assessment and mitigation, and other types of data evaluation.

Become a transaction services analyst and expert in all types of businesses and corporations or at the state, federal or international levels by ensuring financial due diligence and offering guidance on financial strategies.

Curriculum for the Online Transaction Services Certificate (12 credits)

With a world-class reputation, coursework that translates to real-world applications and the flexibility to take courses around your schedule, our Transaction Services program offers everything you need to boost your professional expertise. Your coursework will focus on start-to-finish transaction accounting, cash flow modeling, diligence and valuation, client relationships, financial forecasting, project management, and data analysis and visualization skills.

Students are expected to maintain a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 in all courses in the certificate and a minimum 2.0 grade-point average in each course for the course to count toward the certificate program.

Admissions criteria

To be eligible for our graduate-level Transaction Services accounting certificate, you must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative undergraduate grade-point average of 3.0.

If your degree is in another area of study, you may still qualify for admission into our online Transaction Services program with certain coursework and work experience.

Tuition for the graduate Transaction Services certificate is billed at $817.25 per credit hour, whether you are an in-state or out-of-state student. Additional course-related expenses for reading materials or software licenses may be incurred.
