Kavita is an entrepreneur, digital health maven, patient health advocate, investor and speaker with a mission to connect people to targeted health innovations, enabling them to lead healthier lives.
She is the co-founder and CEO of Match Health, a digital health platform that brings greater awareness and accessibility to transformative health innovations. Match Health has developed and maintains a vast video library that reviews various medical conditions and different innovations that have been developed to treat them.
Prior to starting Match Health, Kavita served as a Marketing Director for two medical device startups, Biomerix Corporation and FoxHollow Technologies. In these roles, Kavita drove the introduction of health innovations targeting tissue repair and peripheral arterial disease.
Kavita also has significant experience, working as a consultant to both startups as well as larger organizations providing strategy and go-to-market expertise introducing novel medical device technologies to the market in the fields of cardiovascular health, orthopedics, general surgery, and women’s health.
Kavita grew up in Rochester Hills, MI and graduated from Michigan State University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (Eli Broad College of Business) and earned her MBA from the University of Michigan (Ross School of Business) in 2004. Kavita lives in the Boston area with her husband Omari and their twin boys.
