Introducing the Spring 2026 Commencement Speaker: Chris Feuell

Feuell is a transformational leader with more than three decades of leadership across global companies including Stellantis, Honeywell, Ford and Johnson Controls. Most recently, she served as CEO of Chrysler and Alfa Romeo North America, becoming the first woman to lead the iconic brand in its nearly 100-year history. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for driving customer-focused innovation, leading large-scale business transformation and delivering profitable growth across complex, global organizations.

A proud Michigan State alum, Feuell earned her bachelor’s degree in general business in 1985. She has remained closely connected to the university and currently serves on the Broad College Advisory Board, where she helps shape the future of business education and strengthen connections between industry and the classroom.

“Michigan State University was instrumental in shaping my professional journey, and I’m deeply honored to return and celebrate this milestone with Broad graduates,” Feuell said. “I look forward to sharing meaningful lessons from my experience and inspire students as they step into the next chapter of their careers.”

In addition to her professional leadership, Feuell is a strong advocate for mentorship and leadership development, supporting initiatives that empower students and emerging professionals.
Feuell will address graduates at the Spring 2026 commencement ceremony, sharing insights from her career and encouraging the next generation of Broad Spartans as they begin their professional journeys.
