We invite you to join the Broad College of Business Russell Palmer Career Management Center for the MSU All BUSINESS Majors Career Fair. This event will take place at the Breslin Student Events Center on Wednesday, October 14 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM ET and is open to all MSU undergraduate, graduate students, and alumni for networking purposes.

This event is targeted primarily toward undergraduate students seeking internship and full-time opportunities in the business field, but we welcome you to recruit at all levels. Please note the following.

We are excited to offer a discount for employers attending both the MSU All Majors Student Success and Access Career Fair (Oct 6) and the MSU All Business Majors Career Fair (Oct 14). When you register for these two events, you will receive a $100 discount for each fair, for a total of $200 in savings.

• A single day booth package is $800. Each booth (8′ x 8′) includes two representatives, one 6′ table, two chairs, light refreshments, and parking. Additional representatives (up to two) may be added for $25 each.
• A double booth package is $1,500. Each booth (16′ x 8′) includes four representatives, two 6′ tables, four chairs, light refreshments, and parking. Additional representatives (up to four) may be added for $25 each.
• Fair sponsorship is $600 and supports the student experience. Benefit from company recognition on all career fair promotional materials including social media communication.
• Booth power is $15 and provides cabled power strip access to an electrical drop. Access to an outlet without this request is not guaranteed.
• Parking validation instructions will be sent prior to the event.
• No outside food or beverage permitted.

Interviews: Limited on-campus interview space is available in our Deloitte Foundation Interview Suites on a first-come, first-served basis for $100 per space. Limit two interview spaces per company. Each interview space seats a maximum of two interviewers.

To reserve an interview suite, please submit an interview request through Handshake, selecting the Russell Palmer Career Management Center as the interview location. Your request will be reviewed by our recruiting managers and confirmed based on availability.

Shipping: Packages will be accepted beginning October 1. All fair freight must be arranged through MSU Procurement and Logistics for $110 (not including carrier charges). They will receive, store, and deliver your materials to the fair, as well as pick up and schedule return delivery via your predetermined carrier. Prices are set by MSU Procurement and Logistics and are subject to change. All outgoing shipments will require an affixed, pre-paid return shipping label.

Shipping packages to an event: Pay the fee via credit card to MSU Logistics prior to shipping your event materials. Plan for your packages to arrive at MSU Logistics one to five business days prior to the event. Packages received without prior payment will not be accepted by MSU Logistics.
