Join us for our first Brown Bag Research Lunch where we’ll hear from two of our own faculty members about their exciting research projects! Dr. Suman Basuroy and Dr. Janhavi Venkatsh will share insights into advances within ethical and socially responsible research by examining racial disparities in business recovery among peer-to-peer service providers during COVID-19. They investigate whether COVID-19 vaccines led to consistent economic recovery across racial groups, given lower vaccination rates among Black communities. The findings aim to inform inclusive policies that promote equity and ethical business practices in the post-pandemic economy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to discover the innovative studies happening right here on campus, ask questions, and connect with colleagues. Lunch will be provided. Register to join us on Monday, September 8th from 11:45-12:45pm!
