Join us for the 3rd Annual Leadership in Action Conference on Saturday, August 23rd from 12pm-3:30pm. Our keynote speaker this year will be Molly Barker, founder of Girls on the Run. During her time founding and leading Girls on the Run, Molly Barker witnessed firsthand how systems of power—often invisible—shape the way we lead, the way we relate, and the way we define success. What began as a program to empower girls quickly opened Molly’s eyes to the hidden, hierarchical “better than” systems shaping our world—and the urgent need for leadership grounded in love, justice, and collective wisdom. In addition to sharing the backstory to why she founded Girls on the Run, Molly will share stories of real, unfiltered moments with young people who have not yet been fully shaped by the systems around them.
Following Molly’s keynote, we will offer additional sessions focused on making an impact within your organizations. Come prepared to share your ideas, learn and network! This is a free event for students and lunch will be included!
