Join Tom DeWitt, Ph.D., Director of CXM@MSU and Charles Johnson, MBA (Executive MBA | Class of 2022) Executive Manager at Detroit Athletic Club to discuss customer experience and what is required of an organization. Just like those months in the classroom- but without the homework or quizzes! The evening will also feature plenty of networking time to reconnect with classmates.
