Keith Groya is an Assistant Director at Michigan State
University Broad College of Business, Executive Development Programs (EDP) with
more than 16 years of experience working in learning and development at UCLA
Anderson School of Management, of which he is an alum. Keith specializes in designing, delivering, and evaluating
learning journeys for all learner levels and industries including Fortune 500
companies. During his tenure at UCLA,
Keith had the opportunity to direct hundreds of programs managing various
stakeholders and learning elements. His
most rewarding engagement was building a sustainable portfolio of multi-modular
general management programs offered in India with modules delivered on campus
at UCLA. Keith enjoys collaborating with his colleagues in an
inclusive environment to provide the best possible outcomes for learners and
participants during their program experience.
When he is not at work, Keith can be found listening to recorded or live
music, if he isn’t enjoying the company of his wife, Julie, and two teenage
boys.
