Currently, he serves as a Full-Time Professor at Michigan State University, his alma mater, where he instructs the next generation of leaders in Business Law and International Business Law. His character and academic achievements were recognized with the St. Ives of Treguier Award, for which he was nominated by Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. Cecil is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Michigan, the U.S. District Court (EDM), and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
