For another year, the Broad College of Business’ Master’s degree in Marketing Research rose in national rankings.
The TFE Times’ Master’s of Marketing ranking is the most comprehensive ranking for graduate marketing programs in the United States. In 2017, Broad’s master’s in marketing program climbed from no. 10 to no. 7 in the United States. Furthermore, of the programs listed, Broad ranked no. 1 in the U.S. for its masters in marketing research degree.
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of market research analysts is projected to grow by 22 percent by 2022, far faster than the average growth of 11 percent.
“The marketing research profession continues to evolve, and the ideal skill set today includes a combination of statistical acumen and achievement, a sharp understanding of general business and marketing strategy, and story-telling skills,” said Michael Brereton, former CEO of Maritz Research and Broad College Executive in Residence and member of the Department of Marketing faculty. “Students emerging from this school’s program are uniquely positioned to provide the education breadth and depth both to succeed in careers today and those of tomorrow,” he said.
Broad’s MSMR program is offered full-time, and part-time online. Graduates from the last-reported full-time cohort had a 100 percent graduation and job-placement record.
