Master’s programs in health care administration, customer experience, marketing research and analytics, and management, strategy and leadership at the Broad College of Business rank at the top of U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 Best Online Master’s in Business Programs, released Tuesday. Overall, Broad online master’s programs in business are ranked No. 8 nationally and No. 5 among public universities. This makes the third consecutive year that Broad programs are ranked in the top 10 master’s programs in business overall.

The Broad College can also boast No. 1 ranks in the general management, health care administration, human resources management, and organizational behavior specialties, as well as No. 2 in the leadership and marketing specialties.

These top places recognize the M.S. in Management, Strategy and Leadership, M.S. in Healthcare Management, M.S. in Marketing Research and Analytics programs and — new to the ranking in 2025 — the M.S. in Customer Experience Management program as best in class.

In addition, Broad remains a top choice for veterans, ranking No. 5 in the Best for Veterans category for online master’s in business programs.

“We take great pride in our master’s programs and the dedication of our students to excellence as they go on to make a profound impact on the business world by leading, inspiring change and driving innovation worldwide,” Ayalla Ruvio, associate dean of MBA and M.S. programs, said.

The college has made notable improvements across several key areas that have an impact on the rankings, reflecting Broad’s ongoing commitment to excellence in education, student engagement and faculty support.
