In addition to providing complete support for office computing, ITS maintains our IT infrastructure, provides custom development services, and serves as an information technology steward for the college.

The best way to get help is to submit a service request; either online at support.broad.msu.edu or by sending an email to itsupport@broad.msu.edu. You will receive an email confirmation, and the next available technician will contact you.
While we prefer you submit a service request, we realize that’s not always possible. Broad IT offers walk-in and phone support as availability of our technicians permit. If we’re not available when you stop by or call, please submit a service request and the next available technician will contact you.
