The “RoadMap” template is designed to support learning and reflection during a student’s graduate program experience. Students utilize the form each semester to capture ideas and knowledge, and actions related to the courses taken. Students may then join the Board of Director sessions for sharing and discussion of the RoadMap in a supportive environment.

These sessions provide students with the opportunity to interact with students across all programs, sharing individual learning experiences as well as progress toward development goals.

The Broad Enterprise Leadership Academy Workshop sessions offer leadership training, tips, and tools. Topics will vary session-to-session. The hour-long virtual sessions are held quarterly.

Peer sessions create an opportunity for students to share progress, seek input, and create accountability on their individual leadership development.

Students will be offered the opportunity to participate in self-assessment surveys to help understand their individual behavioral tendencies.

Various virtual and in-person speaker events and networking opportunities, often featuring global leaders, will be offered.
