Through the Roy S. Pung Executive Speaker Series, the Broad College of Business hosts a diverse group of business leaders and guest lecturers who share cases and insights from their careers, connecting students to real-life examples of business concepts they’re studying in the classroom. Broad students get an exclusive opportunity to learn about the range of career options available to them and the chance to expand their network through direct interaction with the visiting speakers.
Roy Pung was an MSU Alum, an entrepreneur, a leader, a husband, and father, and committed to giving back to his community, his industry, and to MSU students. This endowed speaker series was created in 2002 to honor his legacy and give students the opportunity to think deeper and differently about the impact of leadership, the value of an MSU education, and what can be accomplished with the foundation of best management practices.
