The seminar is designed for experienced executives and general managers whose firms are driving integrated logistics within the context of an overall supply chain strategy.

Program Differentiators
Key seminar features include:
The Supply Chain Logistics Management Executive Seminar builds on participants' identification of critical emerging issues within their firm. Topics such as talent attraction and retention, marketing innovation and company culture take center stage in discussions alongside key topics focused on today's fundamental supply chain challenges, including strategic sourcing, risk and resilience, and digital transformation.
The seminar aims to enable participants to answer these questions and apply newly acquired tools and knowledge to successful strategies on behalf of their firm.
These learning objectives are addressed in an interactive, collaborative learning environment designed to bring new insight and immediate value to every participating organization.
Critical and Emerging Issues Workshop
One of the unique features of this seminar is the critical/emerging issues workshop. The workshop facilitates discussion between participants concerning their most significant supply chain challenges and how to potentially address them. The dialogue generates tangible, relevant actions for potential implementation within the participant's firm following the seminar.
The seminar is designed for executives and senior managers serving in functional areas of the firm, such as customer service, transportation, warehousing, logistics, organizational planning, and supply chain operations. Top candidates are interested in learning strategies, concepts, and techniques necessary to contribute more fully to the competitive performance of their firm. The seminar provides insight into the design and execution of global supply chains and how they impact new value-added initiatives. It is common to have more than one participant from a single firm attend the seminar.
This program is offered In-Person at the James B. Henry Center for Executive Development at Michigan State University located at 3535 Forest Road, Lansing MI 48910. For traveling guests, hotel accommodations are available at the adjoining hotel, Candlewood Suites East Lansing.
