Special, Early Access Screening of Award-Winning Film: “A Fine Line”
A Fine Line provides behind the scenes look of restaurant culture with women at the helm. The documentary explores why less than 7% of head chefs and restaurant owners are women hearing insight from world renowned chefs, and a small-town restaurateur who says it how it is and won’t accept no for an answer. An uplifting story on perseverance, food, and making it in the restaurant industry against all odds, join us for a special, early-access screening of the award-winning film, followed by a thought-provoking panel on leadership and diversity. Hosted by A Fine Line filmmaker Joanna James, hear from Chicago’s leading chefs and humanitarians, Rick Bayless, and Carrie Nahabedian, as well as other celebrity chefs on how to be the best boss you can be for your team, your community, and your bottom line. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, community, and friends are invited to attend this special screening.
