About The Speaker
Colby Cartledge currently works for Target as a Lead Business Designer on the New Ventures + Accelerators Team, where she helps derisk speculative opportunities for the organization. Colby received her B.A. in Supply Chain Management and Management of Information Systems at the University of Texas at Austin in 2011 and her M.S. in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University in 2016. She currently resides in Minneapolis, MN with her wife and many pets. Outside of work, she enjoys rowing and modern quilting.
