  • Biography
    Mark Blaufuss is currently the Managing Director of Green & White Advisory, a consulting firm specializing in complex business challenges including mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, financial excellence, and operational execution.  Mr. Blaufuss also works as an Operating Executive for The Carlyle Group, assisting in the acquisition, management, and divesture of industrial and transportation related businesses, along with assisting portfolio companies in liquidity management, AI applications for finance, working capital management and financial leadership mentoring. 

    Mr. Blaufuss currently serves as a Board Member for Worldpac LLC, The Jason Group, Bluebird Corporation, Niles Industrial Coatings, HighwayRoop Precision Technologies, Anchor Glass and Old-World Industries.  Mr. Blaufuss also previously held board positions at United Road Services, Strategic Materials, Ulterra Drilling Technologies, Trillium H2 Power and UCI International. 
    Mr. Blaufuss previously held several Chief Financial Officer roles including Victory Innovations, Metaldyne Performance Group (NYSE: MPG), United Components, Inc., Axletech International and Stonebridge Industries, Inc.  He also worked as Director of AlixPartners, Corporate Controller of JPE, and Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

    Mr. Blaufuss holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
