Katie has a passion for omnichannel marketing and building highly prized customer experiences. Throughout her marketing technology enablement career, she gathers multiple perspectives, analyzes data sets, forges a business vision and puts the initial concept into production using a test and learn mindset for continuous improvement of the product or process.
Katie is currently leading Digital Transformation efforts for 15+ health care creative agencies at Omnicom Health Group. She builds marketing capabilities with clients and agency colleagues to enable marketing teams to put stellar customer experiences. Prior to joining Omnicom, Katie spent 3.5 years at Acxiom designing and building a data strategy consulting business to prepare Fortune 1000 companies for accelerated growth in third party data enrichment, marketing modeling, customer analytic insights and AI/ML capabilities. Katie enabled a team of practitioners to assess omnichannel marketing maturity and deploy new ways to target and engage audiences through demographic, psychographic and behavioral data.
Katie held leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, with launches of a digital personalization platform, an enterprise-wide unified contact center experience and a digital marketing messaging platform. She began her career at Ernst & Young leading application development, business analysis, roadmap visioning and emerging technology teams.
Katie earned an MS degree from MIT in the Management of Technology. Her undergraduate degree is from Smith College with a BA in Computer Science and Economics double major. Katie is an active alum with both of her alma maters. She spends her free time soaking up the sun as an avid beachgoer, consuming fiction and shuttling her teenage daughter to activities.
