Marquis Taylor

Joining Michigan State University and the Broad College of Business in October 2021, Marquis Taylor currently serves as a program coordinator for the Multicultural Business Programs.

With a passion for coaching, mentoring , and student advocacy, Marquis has enjoyed a decade-long career in higher education where he has provided support as an academic advisor, program coordinator, instructor, and career coach.

Forever a champion of first-generation college students, the proud first-generation college graduate and Detroit native holds degrees from Wayne State University (Bachelor of Arts: English) and Eastern Michigan University (Master of Arts: Higher Education Student Affairs).
