    With 30+ years of customer assessment and market experience, Bob has collaborated with corporations across the globe and industry sectors supporting new product development, service creation, solution obtainment, and brand development.

    Strategic consultant, ensuring actionable business decisions are achieved, with customers at the center of decision-making. Supervise engagements for clients across automotive, consumer package goods, financial services, and technology industries. Solutions engineer who has successfully led cross-functional innovation initiatives among all aspects of the business, including the launch our online communities practice and directing design of the underlying technology.

    Bob received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Oakland University, with a major in Marketing.
