Assistant Professor Yemisi Bolumole and Professor Patricia Daugherty, Bowersox-Thull Chair in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, recently co-wrote a paper with Scott J. Grawe, Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at Iowa State University. The paper “Customer Service Responsiveness in Logistics Outsourcing Contracts: The Influence of Job Autonomy and Role Clarity among On-site Representatives”, was recently accepted to be published in Transportation Journal, Vol. 55, No. 2, 2016.
