Using her institutional knowledge developed during her public accounting career, Lindsey is studying the real effects of tax policies. Prior to joining the PhD program, Lindsey worked as a senior manager in KPMG's Chicago tax practice and then spent four years with KPMG's Tax Business School in Washington D.C. developing tax technical content for firm trainings and instructing staff-level trainings.
Lindsey is an Accounting Doctoral Scholars fellow whose research interests include government incentives, financial reporting and disclosure, and tax policy.
When not thinking about taxes, she enjoys exploring new places, getting lost in a book, and obsessing over her dog.
