Penni Vandecar

Penni Vandecar is the Recruiting Manager & Employer Engagement for the Broad Graduate Career Management Center. Penni is the first point of contact for engaging employers wishing to recruit master students at Broad. She has been with the center since 2000. Penni is very open and considerate of the students and friendly to recruiters, building a favorable image of the Graduate Career Management Center. Her responsibilities include arranging all on campus recruiting events (annual career fair, interviews, corporate presentations, and other on campus recruiting events), ensuring recruiters have a positive experience while recruiting at MSU. Students can feel free to contact Penni with specific questions about companies that are recruiting on campus, she has an open door policy.
