In the 2020 rankings for Best Graduate Schools, TFE Times ranked three Broad College master’s programs in the top 20.
The M.S. in Marketing Research held its rank as the No. 1 program for marketing research and No. 7 across all marketing programs.
“The Broad MSMR program continues to be the premier marketing research program because we have great faculty — both academic and practitioner — an engaged advisory board, fabulous students and program director Jessica Richards, who provides incredible management,” Richard Spreng, chairperson of the Department of Marketing, said.
Richards added, “The MSMR program provides students with a master’s degree in leading-edge insights and analytics methods, resulting in top job placements for graduates within the global multibillion-dollar industry.”
The M.S. in Business Analytics came in at No. 18. “We’re proud to be ranked in the top 20 nationally,” Gayle Nelson, program director, said. “We have consistently been one of the highest ranked public universities since the program’s inception in 2013.”
Finally, the M.S. in Finance came in at No. 19 for the second consecutive year. Program director Tae-Jung Kim noted that the program has held steady in the top 20 for the past five years in a row.
“We are constantly updating the content of existing classes and adding new ones to make sure that the Broad M.S. in Finance is on the cutting edge of finance education,” Department of Finance chairperson Andrei Simonov said. “Students learn to apply real-world solutions to global financial challenges in a rigorous, world-class curriculum. That allows us to be ranked so high in a very competitive field.”
