The first episode of Broad Matters season seven kicks off by welcoming a new co-host, Quinetta Roberson, John A. Hannah Professor of Organizational Behavior, alongside returning co-host Ken Szymusiak, managing director for the Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

They spoke to Beth Hammond, managing director for the Broad College’s Center for Ethical and Socially Responsible Leadership. Since the center’s launch in March of 2022, Hammond has been leading the charge to ensure that Broad students become ethical business leaders. On this episode she explains how we play a pivotal role in helping students create an ethical framework for tomorrow’s professional environment.
