In a recently released study (October 2015) published in the International Journal of Production Research, our operations management faculty is ranked 5th among the top 100 OM programs based on research productivity in top-rated journals over a period of twenty-six years: 1985-2010. In addition, three individual faculty members (Ram Narasimhan, Steven Melnyk, and Sri Talluri) are ranked among the top 100 OM scholars, or approximately the top 0.73% of authors around the world that have published in these select journals.
