Broad Women MBA Association

The Broad Women MBA Association (BWMBAA) strives to enhance the MBA experience by providing students opportunities to build personal and professional relationships beyond the classroom. BWMBAA is a student resource group dedicated to advancing women into leadership.

Goals of the BWMBAA include:

  • Promote camaraderie among members through fun and informative events throughout the year
  • Provide professional enrichment opportunities that help members develop the skills needed to compete in the marketplace
  • Welcome incoming students with advice, information and assistance to help them excel at Broad
  • Continue the Broad tradition of community service by volunteering with organizations that support women in our community

Forté Fellowship

Students who qualify to be a Forté Fellow also receive the following benefits:

  • Participation in the Forté MBA Women Leadership Conference and Financial Services FAST Track Conference.
  • Inclusion to Forté Fellow email list, special access to the Fellow section of the Forté website, and LinkedIn group.
  • Access to exclusive mentorship, networking, leadership programming.
  • Inclusion in the Forté Fellow resume book, which is distributed to Forté sponsor companies.
  • Leadership development opportunities, including planning school’s Forté outreach programming.
  • Awarded a scholarship for the Broad MBA program.

Women’s Student Services’ (WSS) initial goal is to develop a suite of services and programs aligned with the mission of the division.
